Remediation Site Manager

Elvet Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee remediation and earthworks projects across the North of England. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing remediation and bulk earthworks schemes, with experience in managing workforces made up of both sub-contractor and direct staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site teams to deliver projects to quality targets and deadlines
- Ensure HSE on site is kept to an absolute optimum level, maintaining safety records and undertaking regular site audits
- Update RAMS and undertake daily diaries and site paperwork
- Coordinate with Site Foreman to ensure Plant compliance is a priority
- Sub-contractor and direct labour management
- Progress meetings with clients
- Ordering materials and plant
- Promote sustainable solutions for projects
- Provide progress reports
- Must have experience as Site Agent/Site Manager managing remediation/bulk earthworks related schemes
- Must have experience of managing workforces made up of both sub-contractor and direct staff
- Must hold: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and full driving license
On offer is a salary of up to £58,000 (dependent on experience) plus company vehicle or allowance, fuel, annual leave, healthcare, pension scheme and plenty more benefits.
