### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IC DFT Engineer to join our team at EA First in Cambridge. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive DFT plans, working closely with extended teams to drive project schedules and execute projects to completion.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement DFT plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop ICs, focusing on analog and digital design principles
* Implement MBIST/BISR techniques to ensure robust and reliable ICs
* Utilize computer software and relevant tools to analyze and optimize IC design
* Work closely with the engineering team to drive project schedules and execute projects to completion

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, physics, or a related field
