About the Role

Sharp Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team in a business based on the outskirts of Leeds city centre. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all customer debt is collected by its due date and in line with set company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely payment of debts
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Progression / resolution of customer disputes
  • Regular account reviews of aged debts to maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to manage the Debt Collection process
  • Carry out ad-hoc requests and manage administration duties
Requirements
  • Strong background in Credit Control
  • Good Communicator with excellent telephone and email skills
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Good at query resolution and able to work within set time frames
