  • Managing and supporting a team of sports coaches to deliver high-quality programmes that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to ensure effective delivery of our services.

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, learners, and partners to promote a culture of collaboration and respect.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or sports industry.
  • Hold a UEFA B coaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Showcase your ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Safeguarding policies and practices, ensuring the well-being and safety of children and vulnerable adults.
  • Certified in First Aid at Work or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and business development principles, with experience in building relationships with key employer links, universities, and other stakeholders.

**What We Offer**

  • An attractive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Estimated Salary: £48,500 - £53,000
