At Nurseplus, we're committed to delivering exceptional temporary care staff to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.

Our services cater to a wide range of care settings, including those with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and care for older people. As a Care Assistant, your daily tasks may involve assisting with eating and drinking, meal preparation and planning, personal care, companionship, and encouraging the service user's independence with day-to-day activities.

  • Flexible shifts to suit your needs – full or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
  • Competitive pay rates from £13.15 to £19 per hour, with weekly pay
  • Free training – in line with the Care Certificate

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you'll need:

  • To be over 18 years old
  • To have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel – some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration (cost of which £45.40, refunded after a set period of work)
