Crown Agents Bank is seeking a highly experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join its team. As an AP Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of suppliers across all jurisdictions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing AP functions across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. They will lead the investigation and resolution of issues related to AP platforms, Travel & Expenses, and Corporate Cards. Additionally, they will develop a suite of KPIs to enable performance monitoring and present information to senior managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and accurate payment of suppliers across all jurisdictions.
  • Manage the AP function, including SoftCo, SAP Concur, and Infor SunSystems.
  • Develop a suite of KPIs to enable performance monitoring.
  • Present information to senior managers to highlight successes and areas for future focus.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AAT Qualified, PQ, or Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA).
  • 10+ years' Accounts Payable experience, with financial services experience essential.
  • Experience of managing an AP function across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
  • Ability to assess current practice and leverage existing tools or introduce best practice to improve operational efficiency.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Benefits

Crown Agents Bank offers a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
