Responsibilities- Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu.
- Food Presentation: Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets the restaurant's standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
- Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications: Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
