Mobile Service Engineer

Mobile Service Engineer is a key role within Nationwide Platforms, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our powered access equipment. As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on powered access equipment to a high standard.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and fault-finding to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across depots to achieve effective workshop performance.
  • Maintain a fully equipped van with spare parts at all times.
  • Update service records and populate daily worksheets as required.
About You:
  • Relevant general maintenance qualification and experience in the plant rental sector.
  • Proven experience in plant, diesel engineering, auto electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics/fault finding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of customer service.
