About the Role:

We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for students with autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support for students with autism.
  • Assist in creating and implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Support social emotional and academic development.
  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with autism or other SEN.
  • A calm empathetic and patient approach.
  • DBS check required.
