Store Manager Opportunity

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail team in a busy tourist location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and retail sales across the store, managing KPIs, and creating an exceptional environment for customers to shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive performance and retail sales across the store
  • Manage the store KPIs, including P&L and customer service
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and sales
Requirements:
  • Passion for the outdoors and retail industry
  • Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of market trends
  • Ability to manage budgets and KPIs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
