Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of a household-name quality brand at Kream.
This Sales Manager role will involve leading a team of Sales Executives, Sales Controllers, and Administrators to achieve key objectives, reporting directly to the relevant Director.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team to ensure they have the ability to perform at their optimum.
- Interacting with colleagues and customers to deliver an excellent service standard.
- Controlling new and used vehicle stock, costs, overheads, and preparation efficiencies.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with representatives of the manufacturer.
- Maintaining regulatory and process compliance.
This Sales Manager position requires a wide, diverse skillset leading successful sales teams as an inspirational, motivated, and driven departmental manager.
