About the Role:- Manage the financial aspects of assigned projects, tracking performance against contractual timelines.
- Submit monthly progress applications for ongoing projects.
- Review tender allowances and submit variation requests.
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients.
- A relevant quantity surveying qualification.
- Proven experience in commercial construction.
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
