About the Role

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential property conveyancing cases from inception to completion. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a large volume of conveyancing cases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and address concerns.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate documents, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Processing payments and ensuring efficient cash flow management.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and relevant legislation.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in residential property conveyancing, preferably with a reputable law firm or property company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work remotely from Swansea, with occasional travel to meetings and training sessions.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, complemented by the flexibility to work remotely from Swansea.
