Customer Experience Manager

At END., we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our Retail Team in our Soho store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective team management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead the team in achieving sales targets and exceeding budgets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer experience.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular floor walks to maintain awareness of product and merchandising standards.
What You'll Be Able to Demonstrate:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
- Knowledge of retail operations and processes.
