Bertrandt is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tolerance Manager Product Assurance to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• Your Responsibilities:
• Perform precise tolerance calculations for components and assemblies, defining clear geometric specifications.
• Meticulously review engineering drawings to guarantee completeness and unambiguous meaning.
• Collaborate effectively with specialized departments, presenting your findings and recommendations.
• Provide comprehensive support from the initial concept phase through series production, encompassing interfaces, assembly concepts, reference systems, and tolerances.
• Interpret, document, and analyze statistical tolerance calculations and sensitivity analyses.
• Actively contribute to concept improvements and implement measures to enhance product quality.

Your Qualifications:

• Possess a relevant engineering degree or demonstrate equivalent experience in the field.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of tolerance management principles, simulation techniques, reference systems (GD&T / RPS), measurement technology, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ideally, possess experience in vehicle development and familiarity with reference point systems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software and tolerance analysis tools such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or 3DCS.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
