Our Management Training Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our fast-paced industry. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships, while learning how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

With a salary package estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on location, you'll have the opportunity to progress quickly within our organization. In fact, many of our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career and the bottom line.
  • You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships.
  • You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
  • No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
