About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at BMS Performance. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in championing digital activity and supporting the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create engaging content for multiple channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform marketing decisions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of email, social media, CRM, CMS, website management, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in Leicester
