At Three Rivers Veterinary Group, we offer a comprehensive and tailored learning experience through our Graduate Academy programme.

This programme is designed to help you unlock your potential and achieve veterinary excellence, providing practical and online CPD development opportunities.

You will work closely with our experienced Vets and Clinical Directors for consulting and surgery, with accommodation assistance available.

We estimate an annual salary of £34,000 in the first year, increasing to £35,600 in the second year, along with 6.6 weeks' holiday per year and various benefits including private medical insurance and company pension scheme.

Our supportive team environment includes a mix of veterinarians, nurses, and administrative staff, with regular staff events and a bring-your-dog-to-work scheme.
