Job Title: French Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled French Payroll Specialist to join our Shared Service function for EMEIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing high-volume French payroll, statutory payments, and year-end procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of high-volume French payroll.
- Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.
- Processing of Year End procedures.
- Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
- Liaise with HMRC when required.
- Process Tax Code changes.
- Ability to process manual calculations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience working in a busy payroll function.
- Expert of French Payroll legislation.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Payroll qualification preferred.
- Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
