Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our Glasgow Office. This role plays a crucial part in the business, ensuring in-house databases are up-to-date with service contract information.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties, receiving and managing incoming calls, and allocating tasks as necessary.
  • Taking client queries and distributing/answering as required.
  • Collating and recording field data submitted by engineers.
  • Supporting the ordering of parts and receipt of materials as needed.
  • Collecting and distributing timesheets and job sheets from engineers for approval.
  • Managing customer information.
  • Generating reports for the Director and the branch.
  • Maintenance Agreement documentation management.

You will have demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and relationship-building skills. A confident communicator, you will be able to handle complaints and possess good organizational, administrative, and IT skills.
