Transaction Tax Manager

Hays Taxation is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Tax Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the Corporate Tax team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advice to clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and fund management.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Tax team to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA qualified or experienced Tax Inspector with Transaction Tax exposure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
