Job Title: Night Porter

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our team at De Vere Cranage Estate in Holmes Chapel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and the hotel between the hours of 10:30pm and 7am.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out regular checks and walk rounds of all areas of the building to maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Assist with setting up conference meeting rooms and coffee stations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nights team and events team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working during night hours and in a customer service role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
