We are a rapidly growing engineering company based near Halesowen, and we are seeking an experienced Furnace Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our furnaces and working closely with our maintenance management team.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

This is a permanent, full-time position, and you will be working a standard 37-hour week. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervising contractors to ensure furnace reliability.">
• Reviewing furnace survey schedules and instrument calibration to identify areas for improvement.">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working in a similar position, preferably in an industrial setting. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
