We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at TP ICAP Group, a world-leading provider of market infrastructure. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies that elevate our brand and engage diverse audiences across the financial services industry.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting impactful messaging, building our reputation, and driving engagement across various channels. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with your keen understanding of financial services, will enable you to effectively communicate industry-specific content and position us as a thought leader.

You will develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organisational goals and key target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across all channels. This includes producing, editing, and proofreading a variety of content, conducting research on industry trends, monitoring media coverage, and maintaining media relationships.

Your attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools will drive communication effectiveness. You will also stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of communication strategies.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
  1. Experience in marketing communications or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for various channels and audiences.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of financial services, including trading, with the ability to effectively communicate industry-specific content.
  4. Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools to drive communication effectiveness.

A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is desirable, along with experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of basic design principles.
