About You
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care.
  • Experience in care planning processes and administering medication.
  • Above all, a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.
