Children's Occupational Therapy Training Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our training and development program for children's occupational therapy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating a comprehensive training program that meets the needs of our local partners and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders, including parents, educators, and healthcare professionals.
- Training Program Development: Create innovative and comprehensive training materials that cater to the diverse needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Training Coordination: Manage logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program execution and maximize impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners and participants to foster a collaborative environment and promote program success.
- Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.

Requirements- Essential Qualifications: BSc OT or Dip COT, Professional registration with HCP, Member of BAOT/COT or equivalent, and evidence of Post Graduate CPD.
- Essential Experience: Experience of working in a range of clinical settings, including community and hospital, with evidence of good presentation skills, supervision of others, and specialist knowledge/skills resulting from clinical experience and CPD.
- Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of how lack of functional impacts on participation, motivated to learn and evidence of CPD, ability to prioritize and manage own time, approachable nature with the ability to motivate and inspire others, and excellent interpersonal skills.
