Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Business Advisory professional to join our team at ProTalent Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality financial reporting services to our clients, including the preparation of financial statements and management letters.
Key Responsibilities
- To plan and execute financial reporting assignments in accordance with our firm's standard procedures and client requirements.
- To brief and supervise junior staff on client projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and excellent client service.
- To perform financial review and completion procedures, attend client meetings, and ensure timely delivery of final accounts and management letters.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell our firm's specialist services.
- To stay up-to-date with UK financial reporting requirements, including IFRS, and to maintain a detailed knowledge of our firm's accounting packages, including Sage and Xero.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualification or significant relevant experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to add value to clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
