About the Role

Biffa is undergoing a digital transformation to leverage cutting-edge technology and drive business advantage. We seek a Product Manager to oversee individual project delivery from various business capabilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding the business and developing digital solutions that blend seamlessly with customers' workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to take ideas through to product implementation.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals to execute strategic product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to a community of practice, sharing ideas and best practices to drive collective team success.
  • Define software solutions that technical teams can deliver.
  • Manage the requirements/user story backlog through validation and prioritization.
  • Facilitate discussions, user story development, and refinement, and participate in testing and service transition.
  • Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to build best-in-class software, products, and services.

Our Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst on small to large-scale projects and software products.
  • Experience driving business value and rationale of change initiatives.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with complex situations.
  • Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience embedding agile ceremonies and ways of working across distinct teams.
