**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Complex Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

**About the Role**

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary expertise to excel in this role.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly those requiring PEG feeding, Autism, Epilepsy, and Seizure Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes

**What We Offer**
