Project Manager with Contract Expertise

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manchester City Centre. As a growing and ambitious independent Consultancy, we are expanding our presence nationwide and are keen to bring in experienced professionals to support our success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on time. They will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, including cost planning, estimating, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial aspects of our projects, including cost planning, estimating, and risk management.
- Develop and implement cost saving initiatives to improve project profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or construction management.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in cost planning and estimating.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
