About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our thriving team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied and complex caseload of commercial property matters, working closely with clients and providing expert legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence and advising clients on risks and opportunities.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient transaction management.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a commercial property solicitor.
  • Strong expertise in commercial property law and transaction management.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
