Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Electrician to join our Operations team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of electrical maintenance services, while leading a team of skilled electricians.

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day electrical maintenance activities, including routine inspections and repairs, fault diagnosis, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • To coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of electrical services, collaborating closely with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to electrical maintenance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and quality control processes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and directing teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing demands in a dynamic work environment.
