The ideal candidate will have graduated in 2024 or be graduating in 2025, with a 2:1 degree in STEM, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Carbon Capture and Sustainability, or a related field. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

This graduate training program provides a comprehensive understanding of the cement making process, technical production skills, and strategic management. Upon completion, you will have the option to join our graduate manager training programme, offering clear pathways for advancement within the company.
