We are a leading provider of mass-participation running events, seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our operations team.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about physical activity and running. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of our cutting-edge events. This includes event planning, venue management, and ensuring high standards are maintained in relation to the preparation and delivery of events.

You will also have the opportunity to lead the course team on event days, ensuring courses are correctly set up and packed down. Additionally, you may be line manager of a small team of operations staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous line management experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. They should also be knowledgeable of the U.K running industry and have a full driving licence.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,500 - £37,500 (dependent on experience) and a range of benefits that demonstrate our commitment to our employees' well-being and career development.
