**Key Responsibilities:**

* Writing detailed quotes based on Engineer's reports
* Ensuring quotations are sent within 24-hours of attendance
* Maintaining the highest level of customer service
* Chasing sub-contractors for reports/quotations
* Dealing with queries relating to quotations
* Reporting daily on the number and value of quotes sent

**Requirements:**

* Experience working within a property maintenance company
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good recall/memory of ongoing jobs
* Quick learner and eager to learn and grow
