You will work closely with the Venue & Deputy Manager to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. This includes delivering training to new team members, delegating responsibilities, and supporting the management team in achieving business objectives.

Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a huge personality, and a love for food, drink, customer service, and people. They will also have previous experience as an Assistant Manager and a background in customer service-focused hospitality.
