Job Summary

We are seeking skilled psychological therapists to join our team in Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidates will be involved in a range of activities, including one-to-one and group psychological therapy, psychological assessments, staff team reflective practice, teaching and sharing psychological knowledge and expertise, service development, and striving for excellence and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver psychological therapies to individuals and groups
  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert advice to clinical teams
  • Participate in staff team reflective practice and contribute to the development of the service
  • Provide teaching and training to colleagues on psychological knowledge and expertise
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
