Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Collection: Collect and manage income from clients in accordance with established procedures.
  • Debt Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to ensure timely repayment.
  • Welfare Benefit Advice: Provide guidance on welfare benefits and other financial assistance programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in income management and debt recovery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum based on experience.
