Job Title: Asset Lead

About the Role:

As an Asset Lead at Balfour Beatty VINCI, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the performance and compliance of subcontractors on our HS2 project. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of Britain's biggest construction projects, where you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our assets, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and be accountable for the overall performance and compliance of subcontractors
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of the project
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a Building Services Engineering
- Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience in managing several subcontractors for large building projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
