**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Carpentry and Joinery Course Leader to join our team at the Stephen Burke Construction Academy in Swadlincote. As a Course Leader, you will be responsible for teaching, assessing, and monitoring students engaged in Level programmes from levels 1 to 3. You will also support and facilitate student learning, liaise closely with management and other departments, and may be required to deliver part-time evening courses.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Teach and assess students in Carpentry and Joinery programmes
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback
* Support and facilitate student learning
* Liaise with management and other departments
* Deliver part-time evening courses
**Requirements:**
* Industrial and commercial experience within the Carpentry and Joinery industry
* Understanding and knowledge of apprenticeship systems and operations
* Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths
* Evidence of qualifications required
