About the Role:

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team based in Thurrock. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our lawyers by producing legal documents, answering calls and taking messages, and organizing travel and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document Preparation: Create and format contracts, pleadings, and court forms with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Customer Service: Handle phone calls, transfer calls, and ensure accurate message-taking to maintain excellent communication.
  3. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for lawyers and manage their diaries, including setting up meetings.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in a Law Firm.
  2. Experience within family or criminal law or both.
