About the Role

As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of Costa Coffee, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face and a sense of satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
