**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform daily reconciliations of customer payments against our internal system.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against our internal system.
  • Ensure all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility.
  • Set up loans where required or process amendments and ensure all amounts and payments reconcile.
  • Send statements and chase outstanding policies for reconciliation.
  • Send out weekly statements to customers and chase up outstanding debt.
  • Assist with recording and reconciliation of our client monies.
  • Resolve any accounts queries that arise from insurer statements and daily payments.

**Requirements**

  • Experience of managing workloads and prioritization of tasks.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Industry experience: Within finance or insurance, preferred, but not essential.
