Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with various tasks, including preparing medication orders and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting
Compensation and Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is $18.29 - $27.32, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Schedule and Location: This is a full-time position, requiring a 40-hour workweek. The schedule includes Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6pm, with no weekends or holidays. The location is Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
