Tudor Employment Agency is seeking a skilled Sales Account Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, agreeing prices, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet with customers to discuss their needs and preferences.
  2. Agree prices for new and used motorhomes, taking into account foreign exchange rates.
  3. Upsell accessories, finance, and service packs to customers.
  4. Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  5. Communicate regularly with customers during the preparation period.
  6. Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  7. Hand over vehicles to customers in a formal handover process.
  8. Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Attend exhibitions and promote vehicles for sale.
  2. Obtain leads from website and suppliers.
  3. Contact prospects by phone to discuss requirements.
  4. Set up new prospects on Keyloop.
  5. Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Sales Manager/Managing Director.

Job Role: Permanent
