We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Gopuff. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory, ensuring accurate counts and resolving discrepancies
  • Manage stock levels, including re-shelving canceled orders and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
  • Work with delivery riders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm-2am
  • Basic working knowledge of web-based software applications (Google G-Suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively
