Compliance Manager Role:

This is a key position within the firm, responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The Compliance Manager will provide technical advice on compliance issues, including anti-money laundering, client due diligence, GDPR, and conflicts of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of compliance within the firm.
  • Provide coaching to team members on compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessment training workshops.

  • Knowledge of Legal Aid work and quality standards desirable.
  • Managerial/coaching experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
