We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Programme Lead to join our team at Morgan Ryder Careers, a leading provider of services to the defence sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering resources, planning capacity, mentoring the team, solving complex problems and being the interface between engineering and other key departments.

The role will involve leading all engineering projects from inception to successful completion, acting as Technical Authority ensuring each stage of project receives adequate challenge, review and signature.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing large-scale engineering projects. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a great package including; 4 day week, flexible start/finish, bonus (20%), healthcare, death in service and more.
