Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitting Specialist to join our team at Matchtech Mobility. As an Electrical Fitting Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical fitting tasks on marine vessels, ensuring safety and compliance with marine industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical fitting tasks on marine vessels, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal vessel performance.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and technical staff on site to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including technical drawings and schematics.
  • Ensure all work is conducted efficiently within allocated timeframes, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Electrical Fitting Specialist, preferably within the marine industry, with a strong understanding of electrical fitting techniques and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a marine context.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
