Flight Attendant

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants on the Royal Air Force's Voyager aircraft.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, while also providing exceptional customer service.

As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Cabin preparation and maintenance
• Greeting passengers and providing special attention as required
• Serving meals and refreshments
• Checking emergency equipment and providing information to passengers
• Demonstrating emergency procedures and administering first aid as needed

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of grade 1 (G) in GCSE Maths and English Language
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
• Organisational skills and personal management of time
• Motivation and willingness to learn and adapt

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career progression, and access to employee assistance programs.

This role is based at RAF Cranwell, Lincolnshire, with working hours varying depending on flight schedules.
